OUR GUARDS, OUR LOVELY MASTIFFS

Raising only one single race, of small size, I'm since always fascinated by molosses !
During fifteen years, we had been well kept by " Neapolitan Mastiffs " in couples, the female always sterilized to facilitate the commune life.
We chose for a few years to protect the breeding by two German Mastiffs, less sensible to the moisture of our beautiful Normandy. In spite of their power, the natural kindness of the this giant race, makes it possible to be better integrated among our animals, than the " Neapolitan Mastiffs " more " crude " of character guards by instinct, they can determine by instinct, they can determine with wisdom the behaviour thaht is appropriate, evaluating the intruders...... with a presence that is reassuring at every moment.
V' LINA, our female, posed and mature, supervises our surroundings, while BACCHUS, eleven months old, invests himself more readily in plays benefitting briskly from its privileged statute of big baby.....except in the car, where it starts to growl.
They appreciate the escapades on our fields, and benefit to confirm the limits of their territory marking their odor and to mean with the foxes or wandering dogs that a well kept ground is always supervisited.
They sometimes have fun to simulate a game with their herbivorous friends, who careful by nature, prefer to deviate from these stirving up molosses, whose the fear the not very very courteous attitude.
In the presence of the yorkshire Terriers, the colosses reveal kindness and boundless patience, and accept these small pieces of dogs, intrepid and jokers.
The external parts of the house would lose indoubtly their soul....without them !
